| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the problem of the paid service of the power-supply enterprise,analyzed on the malpractices of the free service,a kind of thinking mode formed under the planning economic system,and points out that the paid service is an objective externalization of the trade purpose in the new period,and promoting the paid service is an evitable trend of the development of the power market. |
