炮采放顶煤回采率影响因素与提高方法

摘    要:总结出太西集团二矿炮放工作面回采率的影响因素,并从理论上对这些造成工作面顶煤损失的因素进行了分析,针对炮采放顶煤工作面提高回采率而采用顶煤注水,顶煤深孔爆破及间歇循环式放煤的方式,在太西集团二矿取得的良好效果,另外从机理上作出了一定分析,并在实践的基础上,提出了放顶煤开采时注水孔仰角及长度的计算公式。

Abstract:In the paper, authors concluded influencing factors of breaking mining surface recovery ratio in the Second Mine, Taxi group And given theoretical analysis of those factors. Furthermore, authors introduced several effective methods to improve the recovery ratio of sub-level caving coal blasting mining surface, such as inject water to the sub-level caving coal, deep hole blasting and batch loop mining, and so on of All those methods effective had been proofed in the Second mine. Combining the theory and practice experience, author given the calculation equations of length and elevation angle of water injection hole.
