| Abstract: | Based on many years' practice and experiences of the author on international contracted projects,this paper introduces the program of tender and tender offering for international contracted projects with the purpose of having the project contracting companies understand the international practice on international contracted projects as soon as possible and suit severe competition of international market after entering WTO. |
