妇炎栓中苦参碱含量的测定

摘    要:本文研究了以溴甲酚绿为显色剂的两相滴定法及分光光度法测定了妇炎栓中苦参碱的含量。两相滴定时,有机相组成为氯仿—异戊醇,水相pH 为3.9,苦参碱浓度为1mg/ml,达终点时水相出现黄绿色。分光测定时有机相及水相pH 同上,波长选用428nm,适应浓度范围为0.01mg/ml 至0.23mg/ml.

Abstract:This work was attempted to find a spectrophotometric and tow phase titration method for the determination of matrine in Fu Yan Shuan,using bromocresol green as an indicator.Chloroform-isoamyl alcohol was used as Organic phase,the titration was carried out at pH 3.9 of intial aqueous solution,by this method,1mg/ml or more of matrine could be determined, to detect the end point of a titration of aqueous solution,we add an indicator that changes color from colorless to greenish-yellow. A spectrophotometric method for the determination of matrine,based on solvent extraction of the ion-pair formed,at pH 3.9,the absorbance of the organic phase:was measured at 428nm,linar relationship was found from 0.01mg/ml to 0.15mg/ml.
