摘    要:为提高展成电解加工整体叶轮叶片型面的加工精度和阴极运动设计的效率,以直纹面叶轮为例,研究了叶片扭角对展成电解加工的影响,提出对叶片型值点拟合曲线做法向偏置,以偏置曲线生成的特征点为依据进行展成运动轨迹设计,并根据工艺试验确定工具阴极运动参数的展成运动设计方法,从而消除叶片扭角对加工精度的不利影响。实例验证表明,采用该方法可以快速有效的进行整体叶轮叶片型面展成电解加工阴极运动设计,并可提高加工精度。

Abstract:The effects of twist angle of vane surface on cathode movement planning in electrochemical contour evolution machining integral impeller have been studied, In order to improve the precision of machining and productivity of cathode movement planning, the offset curves along the normal direction of vane transversal has been used to design movement trajectory of contour evolution, and the results of processes experimentation have been used in determination of cathode movement parameters. The demonstration shows that using the movement planning method can improve the precision of machining and productivity of movement planning in electrochemical contour evolution machining integral impeller.
