| 摘 要： | 通过“选项教学”在高校公共体育教学中的实施和运用 ,充分说明了“选项教学”在高校体育教学中是深受学生的欢迎 ,自开展“选项教学”以来学生们的积极性也明显的得到提高 ,学生们可根据自己的兴趣和爱好来进行学习 ,在学习的同时专项身体素质练习也使学生的身体素质得到全面的发展和提高 ,因此可以说“选项教学”在今后的体育教学中将有很大的发展前景 ,同时该教学方法对高校体育教学的促进和教学改革将起很大的作用
