多孔分配管与汇集管内单相流体的流动特性

摘    要:建立了变节距开孔的分配管和汇集管内单相流体的流动物理模型,并获得了分配管和汇集管内流动特性的分析解.导出了小孔间的流速、流量偏差公式,以及流量均匀分配和均匀汇集时节距函数的分布及其离散解.为动力、化工、机械等行业多种单相流体分配管和汇集管的流动设计提供了有效的理论分析方法

Abstract:This paper presented flow models of multiorifice distributing pipe and collecting pipe with variable pitches. By theoretical deducing, their analytical solutions were obtained. Based on it, formulas of the velocity distributing divergence through small hole, flow distribution in axial were obtained. Finally, the pitches distributing functions in continuous and discrete forms in which the flows uniformly distribute and collect were also given. The results provide effective solving methods for the design of distributing and collecting pipe of single phase fluid flow in the power, chemical and mechanical engineering.
