| 摘 要： | 当前,高等职业院校学生普遍存在认同感不足的同题,表现为学校认同感、教师认同感和自我认同感不足等三方面;从而导致学生职业规划目标不够明确,学习信心不足,就业信心不足等同题.高职院校应该采取措施提升学生积极认同感.本文通过对调查问卷数据进行对比研究,重点分析了学校认同感、教师认同感和自我认同感,试图得出结论:树立积极的认同感会对高职院校学生发展带来积极影响.并针对同题本质提出了积极提升认同感的教育措施:"三个树立""二个宣传"和"一个展示".
