摘    要:鉴于后刀面磨损带面积(AB)可以作为衡量刀具磨损程度的一个指标,以此为据建立了作用在小直径螺旋立铣刀后刀面瞬时切削力和平均切削力与AB间的数学模型,使用不同的切削参数进行了多次实验,计算出模型的特征常数,并进行了模型的实验验证,为用切削力监测铣刀状态提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The area of the major flank wear land ( A B ) is presented as an index estimating milling cutter wear out. The mathematical models of A B and the cutting forces that are the instantaneous force and average force per rotation are established based on the A B . The more experiments are accomplished through the different cutting parameters, the model characteristic constant is figured out and the models are validated through the experiment in order to provide the theoretical basis of milling cutter condition monitoring.
