| 摘 要： | 通过构建协调发展度模型，分析了新沂市1990－1998年协调发展度的变化，并评估了同期环境与经济协调发展的类型，得出如下结论：1）落后地区的县域协调发展类型属于环境滞后型。2）县域是可以实现经济增长与环境改善同步，协调发展的。

| Abstract: | Based on building the model of coordinated development degree,this paper analyzes the change of the coordination degree and evaluates the types of coordination development in Xinyi(1990 -1998). The following conclusions are drawn: 1) The level of environmental quality is far away behind economic development in developing counties. 2) Counties in developing region may attain virtuous coordinated development between economy and environment definitely. |
