| Abstract: | There are 81 species of fur-bearing animals in Gansu Province, They belongto seven orders, and nineteen families respectively. In the paper, the authors have reviewed the protection and uses of fur-bearing animals in the past and at present and also pointed out existing pro-blems. The dialectical relationship between protection and uses is explained empha-tically. Some suggestions are also made to impvove it. |
