摘    要:提出了一种基于耦合对象控制需求解析及仿人修正的协调控制方法。采用状态函数计算多变量系统输出的实时状态,形成状态矩阵,针对每一种状态分析所有输入变量的调节需求并归类,对每一类需求设计仿人修正指令,叠加至线性控制系统中,改善了强耦合系统的协调性能,提升了控制系统的稳定性和抗扰能力。将所述控制方法在某630MW超临界组上开展了工程应用,实现了该机组协调系统在28.7%-100%负荷区间运行的全自动控制,湿态稳定运行、湿态变负荷、转态、干态稳定运行以及干态变负荷等过程的控制品质较行业标准指标提升了25%-75%,全工况下无需降参数运行,在保障机组宽负荷调峰运行经济性的前提下提高了自动化水平。

Abstract:A coordinated control method based on analysis of coupled object control demand and humanoid correction is proposed. Calculate the real time multivariable system output by using state function and form a state matrix. For each kind of state in the matrix, adjusting demand of all input variables is analyzed and categorized. Humanoid correction command is designed for each type of demands and superimposed on the linear control system, which improves the coordination performance of the strongly coupled system, and enhances the stability and disturbance rejection ability of the control system. The control method is applied in a 630MW supercritical unit, achieving the goal that the unit coordination system can be automatically controlled in 28.7%-100% rated load range. Compared to the industry standard index, the control quality by using the method of this work enhanced by 25%-75% in conditions of stable operation in wet mode, load variation in wet mode, operating mode conversion, stable operation in dry mode and load variation in dry mode. Under all operation conditions, there is no need to reduce the parameter, which improves the automation level on the premise of guaranteeing the economy of wide load peak-shaving operation of a unit.
