| 摘 要： | 大学生个体人格的差异性决定了人格塑造目标的不同,着眼于建设和谐社会的需要,高校人格培养应以大学生的公民人格为基础目标,培养全面发展的健全人格为主导目标,"真、善、美"统一的和谐人格为最高目标。大学生和谐人格塑造任务的最终完成,是基础目标向最高目标逐步递进的过程,应当以三项目标的整体实现为标志。

| Abstract: | College Students’ individual personality differences determine the goals to shape different personalities,the paper focuses on the needs of building a harmonious society,Personality Training of university students should be based on the students’ personality for the basic goal to cultivate a sound all-round development of personality-oriented goals,true,goodness and beauty unified and harmonious personality as the highest goal.To complete the final shaping tasks of students’ harmonious personality,the basic goal to the highest goal of gradually progressive process should be to achieve the three objectives of the overall sign. |
