| Abstract: | administrative action has been a mutual viewpoint of scholars in law science circles. Among a lot of ways, juridical supervision is the most valid way. The author thought that the court of justice must examine the abstract administrative action .In view of present conditions of the court ,it is suitable that the administrative stipulation should be accepted and such cases be heard by the court in China. |
