| 摘 要： | 建立系一级教学质量保障体系是搞好全面教学质量管理的基础。教学质量保障体系包括四个方面：教学质量保证系统、教学质量监控与评价系统、教学质量管理系统、教学辅助系统。本文着重讨论建立系级教学质量保障体系的六个方面：①树立正确的教学质量观;②制订有效的,定期的教学质量检查措施;③全程监控教学质量;④实施教师培训计划及考核制度;⑤培育优秀系文化环境;⑥与时俱进、不断完善系级教学质量评估方案。

| Abstract: | Setting up a quality assurance system at departmental level can lay a sound foundation for the total quality management in the university.Quality assurance system consists of four aspects:the system of teaching quality assurance,of teaching quality monitoring and evaluating,of teaching quality management,and of teaching assistance guarantee.This paper aims to make proposals for setting up a quality assurance system at departmental level,which focuses on six aspects:a.An agreement on quality policy;b.teaching quality monitoring c.Evaluation of teaching and learning;d.Staff appraisal and staff development;e.A satisfactory culture mix;f.Quality audit. |
