| 摘 要： | 延长水果的储藏寿命主要通过保鲜技术来实现,新型保鲜剂、新型保鲜材料及保鲜方法的研究是水果保鲜技术的研究热点。今介绍水果物理法保鲜和化学法保鲜技术的应用现状及存在问题,分析纸质材料在水果保鲜领域的研究应用情况和新型保鲜纸板及纸箱的研究进展。重点探讨利用废纸为主要原料,通过表面涂布技术制作的集保鲜包装和储运包装功能于一体的保鲜纸板及纸箱的保鲜机理、功能特点和应用前景。
