摘    要:简要介绍了多种数据预处理技术,并以锌钡白干煅窑炉过程控制系统中煅烧温度测量值的实际数据为例,分析了采样时遇到的测量值异常、波动、采样故障等问题、详细讨论了相应的异常值检测与补偿、故障检测、数据平滑与滤波等数据预处理技术。这些技术在煅烧温度数据预处理中取得 了良好的效果。

Abstract:The preprocessing technology of raw data is very important for the process control system. The article introduces kinds of preprocess technology. Taking the calciner temperature sampling data in Lithopone kiln and calciner control system as an example, the passage analyzes the problems occurred in sampling such as singularity value, wave, sampling default and etc. The article discusses detailedly such technology as singularity detecting and compensating, default detecting, data smoothing and filtering, which has had good effects on calciner temperature data preprocessing.
