| 摘 要： | 跳高比赛经常被称为“神经系统的马拉松比赛”，运动员受主客观条件变化的影响较大，因而对跳高运动员有着特殊的心理要求。智力、精神、意志等良好的心理素质，对运动成绩的提高起着重要的作用，本文结合跳高运动的特点，分析心理优势在跳高比赛中的作用。
