离子束医用生物聚合物材料改性研究

摘    要:采用MEVVA源引出的金属离子对聚酯(PET)薄膜进行了离子注入,根据医用生物材料的需要,研究了提高高分子生物材料耐磨性、抗腐蚀性的途径及改善生物相容性的方法,并讨论了改性机制.

Abstract:Polyethylene terephthalane (PET) has been modified with Ti, Ag, Si, and C ions from a metal vapor arc source (MEVVA). The results show that the surface hardness, modulus and wear resistance could be increased. The corrosion resistance was improved noticeably. According to medical requirements: the resistance in wear and corrosion of implant materials and biocompatibility are very good. The way of enhanced resistance in wear and corrosion of polymer materials was studied, and the biocompatibility of polymer was improved by ion implantation. Finally, the modification mechanism was discussed.
