摘    要:高清业务在不断增长,而传统电视平台在带宽方面受到限制,无法开展高清互动、数据业务,使得传统有线网络运营商正在逐渐失去新新人类用户群,面临着前所未有的挑战。本文提出AⅡIP架构高清电视平台建设方案,使用先进的高清解码再稿码技术。统计复用技术等多种领先的技术和设备,能有效提高HFC网络带宽利用率,实现传统广播业务与双向互动业务、宽带网络电视等业务的无缝融合。

Abstract:HD business continues to grow, but the traditional TV platform is limited in bandwidth, unable to carry out high--definition interactive,data service,which makes the traditional wired network operators are gradually losing new-new generation user group, facing the hitherto unknown challenge. This paper presents All architecture of the IP HD TV platform construction scheme,using A variety of advanced technology and equipment such as HD decoding and encoding technology,STDM technology,can effectively improve the HFC network bandwidth utilization.And can realize seamless integration the traditional radio services and interactive business, traditional broadcast and broadband network television service.
