| 摘 要： | 新形势下的腐败现象,其实质是公共权力的变态发展,呈现出鲜明的阶段性特征。腐败现象产生有着深刻的历史、制度、经济、个人等方面的原因,有必要运用加强廉政文化建设、改革政治经济体制、完善权力监督机制、强化打击力度等综合手段对其进行预防和控制。

| Abstract: | Corruption in China is actually a kind of deviant development of public power under the new conditions, with lively phase characteristics. Causes of corruption are various, such as in history, by system, economy, personnel, etc. Strengthen the construction of a clean and honest government, reform political and economical system, perfect supervisory mechanisms, and severely punishment are effective ways to prevent and control cor- ruption. |
