| Abstract: | A class of symmetric association schemes and some related partially balanced incomplete block (PBIB) designs (with all parameters computed) are constructed with as treatments 2-dimensional totally isotropic subspaces of the finite singular unitary geometries, by means of matrices and transitivities of the corresponding extended unitary groups. |
