基于生态系统微中层次的大学新生适应教育实践

针对大学新生由于适应不良出现的各种问题,以生态系统理论为基础,分析大学新生出现适应问题的主要原因,阐述新生适应教育实践的主要做法,即搭建家校互动平台、发挥朋辈榜样作用、组织团体心理辅导和开展理想信念教育。构建了生态系统理论视角下开展新生适应能力提升的主要框架,对大学新生适应问题提供了一个全新的分析视角,对开展新生入学教育具有一定的参考价值。

Adaptation Education Practice of Freshmen Based on Behavior System at Micro-to-Medium Level

Based on the ecosystem theory, this paper analyses the main reasons for the emergence of adaptation problems of freshmen, and expounds the main practice of adapting education practice for freshmen, that is, setting up an interactive platform for home and school, giving full play to the role model of peers.
