摘    要:针对军用车辆悬挂系统所受大负载强冲击的使用工况,提出了液压缓冲器阻尼与冲击特性仿真分析的一种研究方法,给出了缓冲器的结构简图,并根据其结构特点,开展了缓冲熄振性能的计算,推导了球面偏心环形缝隙节流的解析式,并充分考虑了压差随缝隙宽度、油液动力黏度以及缝隙偏心率的变化规律;建立了缓冲器动态冲击数学模型,用于模拟压缩与复原全行程的工作过程,提出运用龙格库塔数值算法对瞬态冲击工况下的缓冲力值进行编程计算,并开展关重影响要素的对比研究,所得结论能够为液压缓冲器的参数化设计提供参考。

Abstract:According to the heavy load and strong impact conditions for the suspension system of military vehicles, a research method of damping and impact characteristics of hydraulic buffer were presented. The structure figure of buffer was given, and the simulation analysis of the performance of the buffer quenching and vibration were carried out according to its structural characteristics. The throttle analytic formula of the spherical eccentric annular gap was derived, and the variation rules of the pressure difference with the width of the gap, the hydrodynamic viscosity and the eccentricity of the gap were fully considered. After that, the dynamic shock mathematical model of buffer were established to simulate the whole stroke process of compression and recovery. The Runge-Kutta numerical algorithm were proposed to calculate the buffer force under transient shock condition, and the conclusion can provide reference for parameterized design of hydraulic buffer.
