摘    要:综合研究了国内外混凝土耐久性的评价方法,提出了采用一个指标评价混凝土抗冻-抗氯离子渗透综合性能的方法,冻渗性或R值评价方法;给出了R值的数学表达式,用抗冻耐久性指数(DF)和氯离子扩散系数(DNEL)试验值做变量,DF做冻渗性临界破坏的判定值,R值是二者的比值计算结果;讨论分析了R值评价方法的合理性和物理意义,确定了参数的取值范围和评价涵义。所建立的评价方法可以较好地综合评价认识海洋环境下混凝土抗冻性和抗氯离子渗透性的优劣。

Abstract:The evaluation method of concrete durability at home and abroad was studied synthetically. It is found that there is no recognized standard for simultaneous evaluating the integrative performance of frost resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance of marine concrete. In this paper, a method for evaluating the integrative properties of concrete’s frost resistance and chloride impermeability using an index is presented, which is named as a ratio of frost-resisting durability factor (DF) and chloride diffusion coefficient (DNEL) or R value evaluation method. The mathematical expression of the R value evaluation method is given. Test values for DF and DNEL are used as variables, and DF value is used as the index to determine the critical damage of concrete’s performance in both frost resistance and chloride impermeability, and R value is the ratio of the two. R value can well represent the concrete of both frost resistance and chloride impermeability as the quantitative evaluation index. The rationality and physical significance of the R value evaluation method are discussed and analyzed and the value range and evaluation meaning of the three parameters are determined. The evaluation method can be used to comprehensively evaluate and recognize the properties of concrete’s frost resistance and chloride impermeability in marine environment.
