非稳态多谐振荡器式压频转换器的设计

摘    要:设计了一种可能在低电压、低电流(5V/1.5mA)的单双电源下工作,并且可心驱动高电压,高电流负载(36V/20mA)的非稳态多谐振荡器式压频转换器。该转换器的高输入阻抗和低失调电压漂移输入增益级可以保证芯片在微弱电压信号下正常工作,仿真结果表明:设计电路的线性度好,输出满度频带宽,输入信号功能范围宽。

Abstract:This paper presented a design of an Astable Multivibrator Voltage to Frenquency Converter for single or dual supply operation with low supply voltage and low current drain (5?V/1.5?mA), and with the capability of driving high voltage and high current loads (36?V/20?mA). The designed converter could operate well with a slender supply voltage signal because of its high input resistance and low offset drift. The simulation showed that the converter has excellent linearity, a wide full scale frequency and a wide dynamic input signal.
