静息电位是细胞在安静状态下存在于膜两侧的电位差,它是产生其它电位的基础。局部电位是细胞膜受刺激部位的电位变化,是产生动作电位的前提。动作电位是细胞膜受一定强度刺激,在前两电位基础上产生的非衰减性扩布的电位变化。

Some Potentials and Thein Relationships in Animal Physiology

Static potential is the potential difi'erence in both sides of the membrane when the cell is in static condition, which is the basis for other potentials. Local potential is the potential chane in the stimulated part of the cell film, which is the precondition for the occurrence of action potential which is the potntial change of the non-attenative extension on the basis of the prior two potentials as a result of certain stimulation intensity to the cell membrane.
