电致伸缩材料微位移驱动器特性研究

摘    要:通过对电致伸缩微位移驱动器的实验研究发现,伸长量方向的力对电致伸缩材料伸长量的影响是随着力的增加而增大,从微观上定性地解释了实验结果。给出了电致伸缩器(WTDS-1B)“力-电压-伸长量”的特性实验曲线;指出预紧力对电致伸缩器的重要性,并由进一步的实验结果所证实。

Abstract:In the process of developing electrostrictive microfeed driver, it was found that the driving force in the expansion direction of the electrostriction has effect on electrostriction expansion, which increase along with the load. Qualitative explains of the results of the experiment based on micro crystallography were given; and the "driving force voltage displacement" experiment characteristic curve of the electrstrictive driver (type WTDS IB) was obtained. The experiments verify that the preload is important to electrostrictive driver.
