高温高压汽缸连接螺栓松弛和脆化的防治对策研究

摘    要:以25Cr2MolV钢螺栓为代表,利用常温和高温下使用材料的物理力学性能指标作为选材、进行恢复性热处理和判废更换螺栓的基本要求;由材料的金相组织图谱弄清其材质变化性状;最后对使用1至3个大修期的脆化钢螺栓材质与材性进行恢复热处理。

Abstract:The Steel-25Cr2Mo1V bolt is an object of study.The physical nature of the material under normal and high temperature is an quality index which is used to choose meterials and the material quality is to use in taking instauration heat-process or in altering the bolt.The quality of the material and its changed character can be mastered based on the material's matallograph.The bolt being brittle after 1 to 3 overhaul period will be processed with instauration heating.
