摘    要:为进一步研究碳纤维布(carbon fiber reinforced polymers,以下简称CFRP)加固钢结构抗弯力学性能,在现有研究的基础上,设计两根试验钢梁,对CFRP布加固钢梁与未加固钢梁进行力学性能对比分析.试验表明:碳纤维加固有效提高了钢梁的承载能力,且对屈服载荷影响更为明显;经加固后的组合钢梁,刚度提高,这是由于当超过屈服载荷时,CFRP布开始承担一部分载荷.另一方面,对加固钢梁进行受力分析,并进行承载力推导.弹性工作阶段,采用截面等效代换方法对加固钢梁进行承载力计算;弹塑性工作阶段,根据塑性铰区位置不同分别对两种受力状态下的加固钢梁进行受力分析与承载能力计算,将试验结果与理论计算对比,吻合良好.

Abstract:For further research of bending mechanical properties of CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced polymers),on the basis of existing research,two test beams were designed,and the mechanical properties of CFRP reinforcement steel and the unreinforced beam are compared.Experiments show that,the carbon fiber reinforcement can improve the bearing capacity of steel beams,and the yield load effect is more obvious;the stiffness of the reinforced composite steel girder is increased,which is because when it exceeds the yield load,CFRP began to assume part of the load.The stress analysis for reinforced steel beams is done,and the carrying capacity is derived.In elastic deformation stage,the bearing capacity of the reinforced steel beams was calculated using cross-section equivalent substitution method;in elastic-plastic deformation stage,depending on the location of the plastic hinge zone,stress analysis and calculation of load capacity of the reinforced steel beams are done under two kinds of stress states.The test results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculations.
