| 摘 要： | 随着数字图像处理技术的发展,图像检测的应用逐渐成为许多工程应用中的关键技术,针对织网制造企业人工检测织网网纹方法的不足,提出一种利用数字图像处理、比对进行网纹无损检测的新方法.介绍了网纹自动检测系统的结构、检测方法以及涉及的有关数字图像处理算法.实验结果表明,将数字图像处理应用于网纹检测,精度高,操作简便,可显著提高工作效率.

| Abstract: | With the development of digital image processing technology, image detecting has become a pivotal technique in many engineering applications.This article aims at wire mesh making corporation workers who have problems in detecting mesh and raises a new method to improve digital image processing and to detect the mesh was spoiled or not. It introduces the structure,the method of detecting and arithmetric of concerned digital image processing. The result of experiment indicated that the application of the digital image processing to mesh detecting could enhance the precision, simplify the operation and improve the efficiency remarkably. |
