| Abstract: | The present paper. through a thorough diagnosis of the present developmental situation of the tertiary industry in Harbin Economical and Technical Development Region,mainly analyses the factors which restrain the development of the tertiary industry in the region.On the basis of probing the locational advantages,the leading industrial sector in the tertiary industry has been identified.At the same time ,the paper emphasizes the importance of concentrated and intensified development of the industry's regional distribution,while paying due attention to the coordination of economical and ecological benefits. |
