Abstract:In this paper,the Pokker-Planck dynamics equation is used for the Brownian particles system with viscosity,which is assumed to consist of chemical reactant molecules.The fa- mous Arrhenious reaction law is corrected in theory.The result shows that the rate of reac- tion is not only connected with the exponential of temperature,but also with the reciprocal coefficient of viscosity.It is more reasonable and consistent with experimental data than the Arrhenious velocity theory,molecular collision theory and absolute reaction rate theory.
