十二烷基硫酸钠与取代芳烃对发光菌的联合毒性作用

摘    要:研究阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和苯酚、硝基苯、甲苯3种取代芳烃对发光菌的单一毒性,以及在等浓度配比条件下,SDS与这3种取代芳烃二元混合体系的联合毒性效应,并采用毒性单住、相加指数、相似性参数和混合毒性指数进行毒性评价。研究结果表明:4种不同的评价方法对SDS与取代芳烃苯酚、甲苯和硝基苯的联合效应评价结果具有较好的一致性,即SDS与苯酚、甲苯的二元混合体系的毒性表现为不同程度的协同作用,而与硝基苯则表现为弱拮抗作用;对环境存在风险性的阴离子表面活性剂SDS,当与一些有毒有害物质共存时会增加该类物质的环境风险性。根据发光原理和混合体系组成,可初步推测联合毒性的作用机制。

Abstract:The toxicity of selected compounds and their binary mixtures of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) with three substituted aromatic compounds to photobacterium phosphoreum was investigated,respectively.The joint toxicity was evaluated by different methods,including toxicity unit,additive index,similarity parameter and mixtures toxicity index.The results show that the binary joint effects of phenol and toluol mixed with SDS are synergistic,while the binary joint effect of SDS and nitrobenzene is antagonistic.The environment risk of some compounds will be enhanced because of the joint of SDS.The mechanisms of joint toxicity action were also simply deduced according to luminescence principle of photobacterium phosphoreum and molecule structures of the mixture components.
