摘    要:针对电主轴振动加速度信号存在噪声问题,本文研究了利用小波理论进行电主轴振动加速度状态信号的监测处理方法.介绍了电主轴的基本概念和简单结构;分析认为小波理论非常适合电主轴振动加速度状态信号的处理,它是非常重要的理论基础;阐述了小波基本理论以及Mallat算法;最后针对电主轴加速度信号,利用小波理论分析了信号与噪声呈现的不同特性,进行小波逆变换重构信号,解决了加速度信号去噪和恢复,这样可以准确提取电主轴的振动运行状态信息,为科学研究和数控系统的决策和控制提供了很好的依据.

Feature Extraction of Vibration's Acceleration Signal about Motor Spindle
Abstract:The concept and basic structure of motor spindle are shown in this article. Acceleration of motor spindle is very important in high speed and precision of CNC machine tools. It is significant that can present actual characteristics. Wavelet transform is selected as processing platform to solve noises of acceleration in motor spindle. According to analysis about running status of motor spindle, signal test system based on wavelet transform is established. The theory of wavelet transform and Mallat method are studied deeply. According to signals and noises presenting different characteristics after wavelet transform, the inverse wavelet transform can be used to reconstruct signal. From the simulating results by using Matt algorithm, signal denosising and comeback will be realized, it is helpful to enhance high speed and high precision of CNC machine tools.
