| 摘 要： | 刘少奇、邓小平结合自己的学习和实践，集中群众的集体智慧和经验，创造性地提出了一系列经济民主思想，为更好地分析，研究和解决社会主义市场经济建设中的现实问题，文章在经济管理、生产资料所有制、社会主义经济体制改革思想与方略三方面比较刘邓理论观点的异同。

| Abstract: | Liu Shaoqi and Deng Xiaoping put forward a series of creatively democratic thought and viewpoints on economy in terms of mass's wisdom and experience in the economic construction of China. In order to analyze and solve the realistic problems in the construction of socialism market economy, the similarities and differences of Liu Shaoqi and Deng Xiaoping are described in the aspects of economic management, ownership of production means , and thought and policy of socialism economic system reform. |
