3S离合器故障仿真研究

摘    要:3S离合器是柴—燃联合动力装置的关键设备,通过对离合器主要部件进行受力分析,得到了中间件的行程公式,并应用M atlab/S imu link软件对中间件行程进行了仿真.通过中间件在无故障情况下的位移曲线与在故障影响下的位移曲线比较分析,最后可以掌握离合器故障产生的原因.

Abstract:Synchro-Self-Shifting clutch(3S clutch) is a crucial component of the combined diesel or gas turbine power plant(CODOG).Through analysis of the force applied on the components of 3S clutch,the traveling distance of the intermediate part is formulated and simulation is made with Matlab/Simulink.By analysis and comparison between the displacement curve in the absence of failure and that in the presence of failure,the causes of clutch failure are known.
