| 摘 要： | 阐述了风景名胜区总体规划环境影响评价的由来及必要性,分析了风景名胜区总体规划环境影响评价的现状及研究成果,指出了该类规划环境影响评价困难、不足的原因和其存在的问题,根据《规划环境影响评价技术导则》提出了环境影响识别的内容、影响因子及判断方法。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the origins and necessity of the EIA（Environment Impact Assessmen）tof the GMP （General Management Plan）for China’s scenic areas,analyzes the present state and research findings of the EIA of the GMP for China’s scenic areas,points out the reasons why this kind of EIA is difficult and insufficient and some problems existing in EIA,and based on theTechnical Guidelines for Planning Environmental Impact Assessment,puts forward the contents of environmental impact identification,impact factors and judging methods. |
