摘    要:研究了渣-焦反应对滴落带中炉渣静滞留量的影响。结果表明,渣-焦界面生成的Ti(CN)使炉渣润湿焦炭。这是炉渣滞留于焦炭床中的关键。为减少炉渣的静滞留量,要严格控制炉温及高温区的范围,采用合理的炉料结构,控制炉渣氧势,改善焦炭质量。

Abstract:One of the major characteristics during the smelting of V-Ti bearing iron ore in blast furnace is the higher hold-up of slag in bosh's dropping zone. Experimental results show that a key to why slag is held in coke bed is the presence of Ti(CN) at the interface between coke and slag, which enable the slag to wet coke. To decrease the static hold-up of slag, the temperature and extent of high temperature zone must be strictly controlled. In addition, reasonable burden design, control of slag's oxygen potential and improvement of coke quality are all required.
