| Abstract: | In the light of severe phenomenon of overdue borrowing in university library at present, analyzes the reasons of overdue borrowing, and puts forward some countermeasures and methods for reducing the phenomenon of overdue borrowing with the organic combination of the education, good-fellowship clew and penalty for promoting the circulation of literature resources and serving better the readers. |
