摘    要:为研究鱼雷服役期间贮存可靠性的分析计算问题,根据鱼雷历次战备转级检测数据,运用等分故障时间内插法,估计各故障发生时间,分别绘制战备转级检测时序图、实转完好与故障状态时序图以及定转完好与故障状态时序图,从而计算鱼雷在不同服役年限的贮存可用度、贮存故障率与贮存可靠度,得出鱼雷贮存质量变化规律。实例计算表明,应用战备转级检测数据能够在工程上满足服役期间鱼雷贮存可靠性的分析计算需要。

Abstract:In order to research the problem of torpedo storage reliability during the period of enlistment, according to the information of torpedo operational readiness switch, each failure time at which a fault occurs is estimated by using an interpolation method.Then the operational readiness switch sequence diagram, the actual intact status and failure status sequence diagram and the periodic intact status and failure status sequence diagram are respectively drawn up. Thus the torpedo’s storage availability, storage failure rate and storage reliability in different number of years set for enlistment can be computed. An example is presented, and the results show that the proposed method can satisfy the requirement of the engineering application.
