| 摘 要： | 针对物业管理招标评标过程中存在的问题,提出了建立评标指标体系的重要性及指标体系的内容,采用层次分析法对评标指标体系的重要性进行量化,通过满意度构造评判矩阵,并以典型实例说明了模型的应用.

| Abstract: | Some views on the importance and contents of the target system are proposed in the light of a series of problems arising in the course of the property management. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation are used to quantitatively evaluation of the target system. The matrix of evaluation is based by contentment degree. Some typical case studies are presented to illustrate the actual application of such model. |
