带束层角度对全钢子午线轮胎应力影响的有限元分析

摘    要:考虑轮胎的几何非线性、橡胶材料的不可压缩性、帘线增强橡胶复合材料的各向异性以及轮胎接触非线性,建立了9.00R20规格全钢丝载重子午线轮胎的有限元分析模型,并分析了带束层角度对充气和垂直载荷两种工况下的带束层钢丝帘线第一主应力的影响;得出不同工况及不同角度改变方案下的带束层上最大应力节点的S1变化趋势,可为实际工程提供理论指导。

Abstract:A three-dimensional FEA model of an all steel cord truck radial tire(9.00R20) was established,taking the geometric nonlinearity,anisotropy of composite and the nonlinearity boundary conditions from the tire-pavement contact into account.The effect of the belt angle on the first principal stress of the tire under two load cases of pressure and vertical loading was analyzed,respectively.And the changing trends of S_1 of the nodes in the belts with a maximum stress under different load cases and belt angles were achieved,which will provide a theoretical guide for engineering practice.
