| 摘 要： | Huang（2005）在忽略掉零售商采购价格与销售价格差异的条件下考察了供应商给定延期支付政策下的零售商最优订货决策。本文在Huang的基础上，通过补入Huang所忽略的条件、因素，修正了原文模型，得出零售商在供应商给定延期付款、现金折扣政策下最优订货数量和付款时间的判定方法。本文所建模型还可做进一步研究，如考虑不等采购周期、随机需求、变质产品等，但所建模型会更加复杂，寻优的难度也会增加。

| Abstract: | Huang(2005) discussed with inventory decision-making model considering delay in payments neglecting the(difference) of order price and sales price. We correct the model of Huang considering payment delay and cash discount at(one time) and get the simpler determinant method of optimal retailer's ordering policy and the time of payments.Study may further incorporate the proposed model into more realistic assumptions such as vary order period,random demand,deteriorating items etc.But the process of computing will be more complicated. |
