| 摘 要： | 讨论了红外光谱法、色谱法，以及酸值、羟基值、皂化值等测定法在新型ＴＤ系列铸造粘结剂分析中的应用．寻找出几种酸值测定法，并从中筛选出操作简便，终点敏锐，以碱兰６Ｂ干粉为指示剂的容量法作为企业标准．

| Abstract: | Some determination methods applied to the analysis of new foundry binder,such as infrared spectrography,chromatography and measuring methods of acidity value,hydroxy value and saponificationnumber are discussed. The authors have found from some methods a volumetry easy and simple to handle with sharp end-point as the enterprise analytical standard for the determination of acidity value. The indicator of the method is alkali-blue 6B dry powder. |
