高校辅导员队伍建设中的结构性困境与出路

高校辅导员肩负着培养社会主义事业的建设者和接班人的艰巨任务。目前高校学生辅导员队伍自身存在管理机制不完善、整体待遇偏低、理论学习滞后、人员不稳定等问题，队伍建设陷入结构性困境。加强高校学生辅导员队伍建设要提高认识、加强培训、完善制度、实现高校辅导员建设可持续发展。通过对高校辅导员现状的研究，分析了当前高校辅导员队伍建设存在的诸多问题，提出改进和完善高校辅导员队伍建设工作的新出路。

Structural Predicament in the Team Construction of Student Advisors in Universities and Its Outlet

Student advisors bear the tough task to cultivate the constructors and successors of the socialist cause. Recently, the team of student advisors has confronted such structural problems asthe incomplete administration mechanism in itself, low total compensation, under-developed theoretical .studies, unstable staff, etc. To improve the team construction, there are much to be done, as deepening the understanding, strengthening vocational training, improving the system, achieving the sustainable development of the team of the student advisors, etc. This paper, through the study in the current situation of university student advisors, analyzes the problems in the current construction of the team of student advisors, and proposes the new solution to improve the construction of the team.
