低分子肝素与阿斯匹林治疗不稳定心绞痛疗效对比观察

目的探讨低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的疗效及安全性。方法将116例UAP患者随机单盲分为对照组(常规治疗)和治疗组(常规治疗 低分子肝素)分别为58例。结果4周后总有效率:治疗组为91.38%,对照组为68.97%(P<0.05);观察4周治疗组无1例发生心肌梗死,无1例死亡;对照组发生心肌梗死5例(占8.62%),死亡4例。治疗组未发生明显不良反应。结论在常规抗凝治疗基础上加用低分子肝素能更有效的控制并预防心绞痛发作频率,并能减低心肌梗死的发生率。

Clinical research of unatable angina pectoris with the treatment of the low molecule heparin and aspirin

Objective: Probe into the low molecule heparin curative effect and security of treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods: A total of 116 patients with unstable angina pectoris at randam single to divide contrast group(the routine being anticoagulatory treating)and treat group(the routine being anticoagulatory treating and low molecule heparin) is 58 respectively while being blind. Results: The effective rate was 91.38% in the treat group and 68.97% in the contrast group(P<0.05). Is it treat group have one myocarodium infract take place,there is not that die four weeks to observe;5 myocardium infract take place to contrast group,4 die. Do not have obvious bad reaction to treat the treat group. Conclusion: In routine being anticoagulatory to treat foundation is it can control and prevent from angina pectoris not to break out frequency effectively with low molecule heparin to add,lower the incidence of myocardium infarct.
