基于ANSYS机床主轴箱仿真分析

摘    要:有限元方法是现代工程分析与设计的一种快捷、有效的辅助工具。有限元分析及结构优化等CAE技术的应用,对缩短产品开发设计周期、降低产品制造成本、增强企业竞争力具有重要的意义。以数控铣床主轴箱为研究对象,采用了有限元软件ANSYS计算分析了数控铣床主轴箱的应力分析和模态分析,分析结果为铣床主轴箱的设计提供了理论依据,提高了计算精度,缩短了设计周期。
