| Abstract: | Placing proper expectation upon the students is one of the basic professional skills for middle school teachers. Although the teacher's expectation cannot always or automatically help the prediction of the students come true, it does produce influence upon the students. This paper makes a systematic account of the process of the expecting skill application, subjective and objective factors that affect the teacher's expectation, some points for attention in the skill application, and basic requirements for the training in the skill. |
