| 摘 要： | 语音智能信息服务系统是利用现有的电话网络对客户进行情报信息服务的通信系统，可广泛应用于各个领域。本以一个较简单的小型查询系统的设计为例，分析此类智能语音系统所应具备的技术特点和系统构成，并按功能将系统划分为数个模块做了分析，为小型语音智能信息服务系统的设计提供了一种可行的思路。
